Access to policyholder and consumer nonpublic personal financial information is limited to personnel who need the information to serve the needs of our policyholders and consumers. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed state and federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal financial information.

Protocols for Victims of Domestic Violence
If you and/or your child has been the victim of domestic violence and you’re a Maidstone Insurance policyholder, or if you’re involved in a Claim that is being handled by Maidstone Insurance, and you need your personal contact information protected, please review our information for New York Domestic Abuse Confidentiality.
